ASBGiG is dedicated to maintaining a platform where all users feel respected, safe, and free from harmful content. Our policies regarding objectionable content are designed to protect community members and ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Important: Content that violates these standards will be removed, and participating accounts may face permanent suspension.
Adult Content and Sexual Activity
ASBGiG prohibits adult and sexually-explicit content of any kind. Our policies apply to all user-generated content—including gigs, deliveries, portfolios, gig videos, etc.—and covers any content depicting nudity or sexually-graphic, violent, or humiliating actions or scenes. This prohibition extends to AI-generated photographic or animated content.
Zero Tolerance: Sexually-explicit content involving minors (Child Sexual Abuse Material) is strictly prohibited and will be immediately reported to appropriate authorities, with participating accounts permanently suspended.
Prohibited Content Includes:
- Nude or adult-related images/videos
- Sexual services or solicitations
- Sexual conversations or chats
- Non-consensual content
- Sextortion practices
- Child exploitation content
- Sexual violence or denigration
- Sexually charged modeling
- Fetish scenario execution
- Explicit sexual activity
ASBGiG may allow nudity when the primary purpose is educational, scientific, or artistic, and not gratuitous. For example:
- Allowed: Educational video about proper breastfeeding technique
- Not Allowed: The same video clips used out of context for sexual gratification
Note: Context matters. Content from indigenous communities, protests, medical procedures, artistic performances, etc., must be appropriately contextualized.
Hate Speech and Discrimination
Hate Speech
ASBGiG defines hate speech as content intended to incite violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on real or perceived characteristics including race, ethnicity, skin color, sexual identity, gender identity, marital status, religion, age, or disability.
Immediate Action: We investigate hate speech reports swiftly and decisively, taking actions consistent with our Terms of Service and company values.
Prohibited Hate Speech Includes:
Violent or dehumanizing speech based on protected characteristics
Use of ethnic or racial slurs
Hate speech towards community members or ASBGiG staff
Content related to hate speech
Support or glorification of hate groups or ideologies
Hate imagery or symbols (swastikas, hand symbols, etc.)
Allowed: Content intended to research or raise awareness about hate speech prevention is permitted when appropriately contextualized.
Discrimination
ASBGiG considers any unfair or unequal treatment based on real or perceived characteristics to be discrimination. This includes preferential treatment based on traits unrelated to service quality.
Prohibited Discriminatory Behavior:
Unwillingness to work with individuals based on protected characteristics
Content expressing or supporting discriminatory ideas
Support for groups espousing discriminatory ideologies
Report Discrimination: We investigate discrimination claims case-by-case, and violations may result in account suspension.
Harassment and Abusive Conduct
ASBGiG prohibits all behavior and communication that could be considered harassment, including but not limited to:

- Soliciting sexual interaction
- Asking inappropriate personal questions
- Making sexual advances or innuendos
- Using profane, lewd, or derogatory terms
- Using offensive or culturally insensitive language
- Distributing harassing or disturbing materials
Confidentiality Requirement: Freelancers must not disclose client data to third parties without consent. Breaches may lead to permanent account suspension.
Report Harassment: If you encounter harassing behavior, please report it immediately through our reporting tools.
Self-Harm and Suicide Prevention
ASBGiG cares deeply about community safety. Users should not offer, agree to provide, or ask for any content that portrays, glorifies, or promotes suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.
