Account & Profile

Creating an account on ASBGiG is simple. Click the "Register" button at the top right of the page, fill in your details including name, email address, and create a secure password. You can also sign up using your Google account for faster registration.
To update your profile, go to "Account" from the user dropdown menu. From there, you can edit your personal information, profile picture, description, skills, and other details. Remember to save your changes before leaving the page.
If you've forgotten your password, click on "Login" then "Forgot Password." Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a link to reset your password. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email.

Payments & Billing

ASBGiG accepts various payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers in select countries. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.
We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors to ensure your financial information is secure. We never store your full credit card details on our servers. Payments are held in escrow until the work is completed and approved.
Once you approve a delivered order, the payment is released to the freelancer. There is a standard 14-day clearance period for most payment methods. Freelancers can track their earnings and withdrawal status in their dashboard.

Buying Services

Use our search filters to find freelancers by category, skills, rating, delivery time, and price range. Review their portfolios, read client feedback, and check their response rates. You can also post a job and invite specific freelancers to submit proposals.

First, communicate with the freelancer to request revisions (most gigs include revision rounds). If you cannot reach an agreement, you can contact our customer support team to mediate. We offer a dispute resolution process and money-back guarantee in certain cases.

Selling Services

Click "Become A Seller" in the navigation menu. Complete your seller profile, verify your identity, and create your first gig. Make sure to include a clear description, pricing, delivery time, and portfolio samples. Our team will review your gig before it goes live.
Research similar services to understand market rates. Consider your experience, complexity of work, and delivery time. You can offer multiple packages (Basic, Standard, Premium) to cater to different budgets. You can adjust prices anytime from your gig dashboard.

Safety & Security

We take data protection seriously. All personal information is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. We never share your data with third parties without your consent. Our servers are secured with firewalls and regular security audits.
Immediately report the issue to our support team at support@asbgig.com. If it involves your account, change your password right away. We have a dedicated fraud prevention team that investigates all reports within 24 hours.
We encourage both parties to communicate first. If that fails, you can open a dispute through your order page. A neutral mediator will review the case, and we may ask for evidence. Decisions are typically made within 3-5 business days.

General Questions

ASBGiG charges a service fee of 10% on each transaction. This fee is deducted from the seller's earnings. There are no fees for browsing, posting jobs, or contacting sellers. Payment gateway fees may apply depending on your payment method.
