Important: These Payment Terms govern payments you make or receive in connection with services offered on ASBGiG.com

The following terms (these "Payment Terms") govern payments you make or receive in connection with the services offered on or through ASBGiG.com or the ASBGiG mobile application (the "Site").

Please read these Payment Terms carefully before making or receiving payments for services on or through the Site. By making or receiving payments for services offered on or through the Site, you accept and agree, on behalf of yourself or on behalf of your employer or any other entity (if applicable), to be bound and abide by these Payment Terms.

These Terms are supplemental to ASBGiG's General Terms of Service and other applicable terms.

1. Key Terms

Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

Financial Terms

ASBGiG Balance: The aggregated amount of your Earnings as a Seller and/or returned payments from canceled Orders as a Buyer.

Earnings: Money that Sellers earn on ASBGiG that can be withdrawn or used to purchase services.

Payment Services Providers: Third-party providers that facilitate payments between Buyers and Sellers.

Important Relationships

Limited Payment Collection Agent: ASBGiG acts as Seller's limited authorized payment collection agent for accepting payments from Buyers.

Not a Payment Service Provider: ASBGiG partners with Payment Services Providers but does not provide payment services directly.

2. Receiving Payments

2.1 General

Standard Orders: Sellers receive 80% of the purchase amount upon successful completion
Hourly Contracts: Sellers receive 80% of the Hourly Rate for completed hours
Credit Timing: Earnings are credited once Orders are marked as complete
Cancellations: Canceled Order funds return to Buyer's ASBGiG Balance

Tax Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for all applicable taxes (GST, VAT, income tax) based on their jurisdiction.

Payment Collection Agent

Seller appoints ASBGiG as their limited authorized payment collection agent solely for:

Accepting payments from Buyers (via Payment Services Providers)
Remitting payments to Sellers

Buyer's payment obligation is satisfied upon receipt by ASBGiG. Sellers have recourse only against ASBGiG for non-remittance.

2.2 Withdrawing Earnings

Withdrawal Process

Initiate withdrawal through designated providers
Require account with ASBGiG's Payment Service Provider
One profile per withdrawal method account
Withdrawals only in available amounts
Withdrawals are final and irreversible

Safety & Restrictions

Standard Safety Period: 14 days after Order completion
Top Rated Sellers: 7 days after Order completion
Hourly Contracts: 7 days after Weekly Report completion
ASBGiG may temporarily disable withdrawals for security, fraud, or policy violations
Disabled accounts: 90-day safety period after verification

2.3 Withdrawal Methods

* Payment Services Providers may apply additional fees based on location and currency.

Currency Conversion: All currency exchange services are performed by Payment Services Providers, not ASBGiG. Your ASBGiG Balance is valued in US$, with local currency amounts fluctuating with exchange rates.

3. Purchasing

3.1 General

Buyers pay ASBGiG to create Orders
Payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, ASBGiG Balance, local options
Service Fee: 5.5% of purchase amount
Small Order Fee: $3.5 for purchases under $200
ASBGiG Balance used automatically if available

No Circumvention: Do not offer or accept payments outside ASBGiG. Report violations immediately.

Payment Security

By using any payment method on ASBGiG, you represent and warrant that:

You are legally authorized to provide payment information
You have permission to use the payment method
If using company payment method, you are authorized
Such payments do not violate applicable laws

Payment information is collected by Payment Services Providers subject to their privacy policies.

3.2 Hourly Contracts

Contract Process:

Buyer accepts hourly Custom Offer and pays Order Initiation Fee ($5)
Contract begins with agreed Hourly Rate (minimum $7.25/hour)
Weekly billing cycle: Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC
Buyers charged every Monday for previous week's hours
Weekly Report automatically submitted Sunday 23:59 UTC

Important: Dispute Period

Weekly Reports are automatically marked as complete if not disputed within 72 hours after charging.

Buyer Responsibility: Review Weekly Reports each week. File disputes within 72 hours. Disputes can only address reported hours, not quality of work.

3.3 Logo Maker Purchases

Fixed price logo packages
Preview watermarked version before purchase
No cancellations after payment for logo designs
Redesign services available at Seller's price
Service fee applies only to redesign services

3.4 Local Currencies

Pay in multiple supported currencies
Prices derived from US$ values
Exchange rates fluctuate daily
Option to pay in US$ always available
Cancelled Order refunds based on exchange rate at cancellation

3.5 ASBGiG Credits

Promotional credits for purchasing services
Automatically applied to next purchase
Expire 3 months from receipt (unless stated otherwise)
Not redeemable for cash
Non-refundable, even if Order is canceled
Forfeit if account is deactivated

3.6 Promo Codes

Special discounts for purchases
Enter code at checkout
Subject to time limitations
One use per user
Cannot combine with other promotions
For milestone projects: applies to first milestone only
Do not apply to ASBGiG Credits

4. Taxes

Important: ASBGiG may be required to charge indirect taxes (Sales Tax, VAT, GST) or withhold taxes as required by law.

Key Points:

Indirect taxes are in addition to displayed prices
Tax amounts displayed before payment
Withheld taxes deducted from Seller's Earnings
Users responsible for their own tax compliance
Consult tax professional for specific advice

5. Disputes and Cancellations

First Step: We encourage Buyers and Sellers to resolve conflicts directly before escalating.

5.1 Basics

Prohibited Actions

Filing payment provider disputes after accepting delivery
Requesting extra services via revision requests
Using delivery materials without full payment

Allowed Actions

Using Resolution Center for disputes
Requesting revisions within Seller's policy
Canceling through proper channels when eligible

5.2 Order Cancellations

Active Orders	Before delivery	Seller unresponsive 24+ hours, abusive behavior, infringement, account closure
Delivered Orders	Before completion	No delivery, withholding for extra payment, revision abuse, rating threats
Completed Orders	14 days (7 days hourly)	Copyright infringement, commercial use without license, delivery manipulation
Logo Maker	No cancellation	Final after payment (redesign services may be canceled)

Note: Orders cannot be canceled based on quality if service was rendered as described. Use ratings to reflect your experience.

5.3 Chargebacks

ASBGiG reviews payment provider chargebacks on behalf of Sellers:

ASBGiG works to resolve disputes in Seller's favor
If chargeback allows, Earnings returned to Seller
Otherwise, chargeback amount borne by Seller
Results vary per case based on chargeback reason

5.4 Refunds

Refund Policy

Canceled Order funds return to ASBGiG Balance
Payment provider refunds available from billing page
Limited number of payment provider refunds allowed
Additional fees may apply for payment provider refunds
Sellers may offer partial refunds

Fraud Prevention

ASBGiG may cancel Orders for suspected violations
Funds may be placed on hold during investigation
Violations may result in account suspension
Report suspicious activity immediately
Use Resolution Center before contacting Support

6. General Terms

6.1 Modifications

ASBGiG may update these Payment Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Major changes will be notified. If you don't agree, you must deactivate your account.

6.2 Governing Law

Payment-related claims are governed by:

US transactions: Laws of the State of New York
Non-US transactions: Laws of applicable jurisdiction

Complete Agreement

These Payment Terms, along with ASBGiG's Terms of Service and Community Standards, constitute the complete agreement regarding payments on the platform.
