ASBGiG is serious about protecting intellectual property (IP) rights and respects the IP rights of third parties. We provide necessary mechanisms for intellectual property rights protection and maintain special procedures for reporting IP violations.

Important: Content that violates these standards will be removed, and participating accounts may face permanent suspension.

Intellectual Property Claims

Since the content uploaded to ASBGiG's platform is User Generated Content (UGC), we've created special processes for reporting intellectual property rights violations, including copyright (DMCA) and trademark infringement.

Reporting Process

Once we receive a complete report from a rights holder or authorized representative, we will:

Remove or disable access to infringing content
Process copyright infringement claims
Address trademark infringement reports

ASBGiG reserves the right to request additional information, including:

Proof of ownership documentation
Authorization verification

Services Violating Intellectual Property Rights

In accordance with various laws and our commitment to protect the creative community, ASBGiG does not permit any service that violates intellectual property rights. We take measures against those who provide or request such services.

Zero Tolerance: ASBGiG reserves the right to permanently suspend accounts involved in intellectual property rights infringement.

Prohibited Services Include:

Digital piracy services (torrent sites, streaming platforms)
Selling access to streaming service accounts
Developing unauthorized streaming platforms

Hacked or cracked software products
Removing watermarks without owner consent
Pirated games, apps, themes, or templates

Non-Original Design Standards

Originality Requirements

ASBGiG values hard work and creativity. As a platform supporting designers, artists, writers, and creatives worldwide, original work must be presented and delivered at all times. We take swift action against non-original work being passed off as original.

Unique Creation: Delivered work must be customized, unique, and not previously published online or offline.

Design Standards:

Implement existing elements in unique ways

Create new design concepts from creative elements

Gig images must be your original work

Client consent required for using delivered work

Allowed Similar Elements:

Generic shapes (points, lines, squares)

Functional designs (wheels on cars)

Short phrases and facts

Abstract ideas (not their expression)

Stock Image and Template Policy

Stock Images:

Must be from authorized agencies
Cannot be delivered "as is"
Must be used transformatively
Require proper licenses

Templates:

Final design must be significantly different
New look and feel required
Template use must be specified in Gig
Heavy template users ineligible for Pro programs

Responsible Digital Creation

ASBGiG is committed to fostering a community of responsible digital creators. When creations involve third-party services or products, users must adhere to these guidelines:

Respect Third-Party Rights

Follow all third-party terms of service and policies when your work relies on external platforms.

Transparency

Be transparent about third-party content use and verify all necessary permissions and licenses.

Mutual Respect

Communicate openly about external elements in your creations and understand their origins.

IP Protection

Respect all intellectual property rights and maintain proper documentation for collaborations.

Using Others' Work vs. Profit Arbitrage

Allowed Use

You may incorporate other freelancers' work when:

You have rights to use it
It's used as an element of your own delivery
You add significant value
It's transformative in nature

Examples:

Designs as backgrounds for videos
Images for websites or presentations
Music beds for explainer videos

Prohibited (Profit Arbitrage)

You may NOT use others' work when:

Reselling "as is" without added value
Misrepresenting it as your original work
Profiting from price differences alone
No transformative use is involved

Profit arbitrage is strictly prohibited on ASBGiG.
